This shaft Adapter was made by Don-Audio. This is the same Adapter as the 4mm to 6mm and you Need additional eather a PVC tape or Shrink pipe to make it fit for 1/4 Inch Shaft knobs . The Shaft Adapter is brass Adapter with a cut-out for the screw. Height: 5mm Diameter: 4mm to 6mm with tape to 1/4 inch
