Description

The LL1663 is a four-sectioned dual coil C-core tube amplifier output transformer for 5 k: 8 ohms impedance ratio available in PP and SE versions.
The coil is wound using our high internal isolation technique with isolation foil between each copper layer. The core is an audio C-core of our own production.

    Messwerte im EL84 SE UL/global FB
    Der Lundahl 1663 zeigt sich aufgrund des C-Kerns und der optimalen Paketwicklung dem vergleichbaren (sehr guten) EI-Kern Übertrager in den niederen Frequenzen deutlich überlegen. (20Hz bei gleichem THD)
    Am oberen Ende des Frequenzbereichs erreicht er bei -1dB resonanzfrei 50kHz.
    Er stellt mit einer gegenüber dem Datenblatt etwas veränderten Verschaltung (Vertauschen des Wicklungs-Sinns) einen 33% Ultralinear Abgriff zu Verfügung (Schaltung von Lundahl bestätigt).
    Die Aussagen gelten für mein Exemplar, EL84 SE Verstärker mit UL und global Feedback.

    seems all Ok as arrived.
    Ive just received the product, but not yet installed. Therefore unable to express my opinion on the peformance
