This G-Pultec Inductor replaces the individual Toko inductors on the G-Pultec filter PCB with one Inductor.The values equivilent to the values on the PCB (22,47,100,100) but in series:
22mH = 22mH22 + 47 = 69mH22 + 47 + 100 = 169mH22 + 47 + 100 + 100 = 269mHThe EF inductor is a hand wounded inductor. The two cores are glued together by a complex procedure. The benefit of these EF inductors is the beloved gentle harmonic coloration added to upper sound amplitudes. People call it the sweet sounding inductor. It is used for mastering and also for recording purposes.< 10% Tolerance

awesome :) didnt really expect a huge difference in the sound, my stereo PEQ sounded great anyway, but theyve really brought them to life beautifully; pair were well matched too. Ill never be using those little TOKO inductors again :)

Gefällt mir besser als die RM Spulen Ich hatte vor einigen Jahren 8 Pultecs gebaut, zwei mit diesen vintage Spulen und 6 mit den moderneren RM Spulen. Ich rüste jetzt alle Spulten um, da die vintage Spulen in meinen Ohren mehr räumlichkeit haben und das Signal nicht so nervig direkt klingt.
