This shaft Adapter was made by Don-Audio for 1/4 Inch Shaft knobs which must be controlled by a switch or potentiometer that has a 1/8 inch shaft. The Shaft Adapter is an aluminum adaptor with a cut-out for the screw.

Diameter: 6mm - 1/4 inch
Inner hole diameter: 3mm - 1/8 Inch

This Adapter is the same model as the 3mm to 6mm Adapter. You might Need a shrink pipe or PVC layer to make it fit if there is a gap of 0,17mm / Inch difference.
