Bad support I purchased this product almost two weeks ago. Then, they sent it to some German address or something was wrong with the delivery and packet was sent to some German address and now the status is Send to original sender (back to Don Audio). That was on 24th September. From that moment until now I sent a few mails to support WITH NO REPLY!
