Caruso Iso-Bond very bad I ordered and paid for the product on November 28th, trusting in the delivery time 3 - 5 days. On 3 December the shipping notification arrives. Instead, looking at the track, the shipper has only received instructions. There is no collection date, where the material is located, the delivery date, nothing. It seems that the material has never left the warehouse. The real problem is that I tried to contact Don Audio 2 times via e-mail, without an answer. There is no telephone number! Its possible? I promised the client to finish the job within this week and hes waiting for the music room for Christmas. I do not know what to say and how to solve it. Answer: Hi Luca and sorry for the issues with the Delay before Christmas time. All the vans were full. The pick up stood for 1 week here - no huge sizes packages were picked up and at the same time we had to fight with the quality of these panels. We only ship good panels and some panels had production issues which we have sorted out. This took extra time in the crazy end of the year 2018. But your packages are shipped and will arrive very soon. Keep us updated. Best Don
