For engraving work, we mandate full 1:1 vector PDF files to accurately depict your desired designs. For cut-outs, DXF files are essential to guide our CNC machines precisely. However, we can also process PDF files for cut-outs, provided that the lines are configured to 0.01 or the lowest value possible. Our cutting process ensures that the inside of the lines will be precisely removed, adhering to your specifications.

This timeframe allows us to meticulously execute each step of the fabrication process, from design interpretation to final production, ensuring the highest quality outcome.
