Where should I start? I placed the order on July 11th 2025 and I am still waiting. The package has been lost. Trying to obtain any sort of information from Don Audio is next to impossible. They do not answer the phone or respond to voice messages, WhatsApp texts or emails. They have answered the phone once despite countless phone calls since July. When I placed the order, for the one encoder I needed, I had to buy twenty. Now I see they sell them individually. Neither the courier company DHL (Delayed Hijacked or Lost) nor Don Audio have made any effort to find the lost package. I have informed Don Audio that the package is missing and that I am entitled to a full refund but as always I am met with a wall of silence. I have been asked to review the product which is ironic because thats a little difficult as I have never seen them. My only advice if you are considering purchasing from Don Audio, in three words is AVOID AVOID AVOID,

Jetzt sehe ich, dass sie einzeln verkauft werden. Weder der Kurierdienst DHL (verzögert, entführt oder verloren) noch Don Audio haben sich bemüht, das verlorene Paket zu finden. Ich habe Don Audio informiert, dass das Paket fehlt und ich Anspruch auf eine volle Rückerstattung habe, aber wie immer stoße ich auf Schweigen. Ich wurde gebeten, das Produkt zu bewerten, was ironisch ist, da das etwas schwierig ist, da ich es noch nie gesehen habe.
